Ah, books!!!!! I am running out of room for all the books that dwell within my humble apartment. I cannot pass a bookstore without bringing home another treasured find or two. Books have a power and a magic that still can never be replaced by a computer screen. If I were to list all the titles that I own, I might be here for a year. So, instead I shall pay ode to some of the writers that reside upon my overflowing shelves. I thank them all for taking me on vast adventures, delightful whirlwinds and calm seas. Shakespeare, Christie, Tolkien, Doyle, Poe, Dumas, Shelley, Austin, Bronte, Rice, Peters, Mitchell, King, Scott, Zimmer, Bradley, Du Maurier, Hammett, Kipling, Cook, White, Ishiguro, Wouk, Redfield, Starhawk, London, Buck, Fleming, Hemingway, Fielding, Capote, Byron, Matheson, Dickens, Frost, Williams, Hamilton, Brown, Deloria, George, Miller, Shaw, Wilder, Harris and Lee... For all the other greats who have penned and are not listed, I salute you as well!
