Payment

I only accept direct payment and credit/debit card payments through paypal for orders. I cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time. I must receive payment within three (3) days of purchase. If payment is not received, I must cancel the sale and re-list the item.

Shipping

I ship via USPS. I use priority or first class mail. I will gladly mail to APO/AFO addresses but regret that I cannot mail items internationally at this time.

All orders over $50.00 will be shipped with signature confirmation required for delivery and insurance. If you would like your order to be shipped without signature delivery confirmation or insurance, please contact me *prior* to purchase. Please take into consideration that orders over $50.00 shipped without insurance or signature delivery confirmation cannot be replaced if damaged, lost or stolen during shipping.

If you live outside the US and are serious about purchasing an item, please contact me and I may be able to make accommodations for your item to be shipped. If you prefer an item be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or a different carrier, please contact me *prior* to your purchase!

Refunds and Exchanges

I can only accept returns on items that have a defect in craftsmanship. In this instance I can offer a replacement or a refund. I will refund purchase price and taxes (if any) but cannot refund shipping charges.

I cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any items that have been custom ordered or personalized in any way.

I can offer replacements for items damaged during shipping but cannot offer refunds on these items. I require that the damaged item be returned before I send a replacement. Because each item is unique and individually hand made, your replacement item may differ slightly from the item you originally purchased.

I will work with you to ensure that your item is made how you want it. Once the design/personalization is approved I will require a deposit of 1/2 the price quoted to you. The other 1/2 is due at the time of purchase including any taxes and shipping fees. Product Rollcall
