One thing for sure I cannot ever forget the trail but, definately only live for today and from the heavens above I thank god for all the most glorious moments in my life. Never stop living and knowing how great life really is.Native Miamian and living in paradise on the ocean has definately been a blessing for me. I am a licensed pilot and USCG Captain. I have cruised extensively many months and years on end throughout the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Mexico, St. Thomas, Venezuela, Guatamala, and Costa Rica. I have also cruised the MED which is beyond reality.A life long dream would be to power sail around the world with that very special person in my life.Life is all too precious as I realize every moment of everyday how amazing it is to come in contact with so many of gods creations.I beleive the world and the humans who live in it do take so many things for granted on their average daily lives... We all need to understand how we evolve and give back! Give back to our body, to our mind, and to our precious soul.Do we really need something so drastic in our lives to pass to make a change in ourselves? Does a doctor need to really tell you what you should or shouldn't be doing to make you healty? Shouldn't we know when enough is enough? Or is that some other being in the bathroom after a night of partying making those loud noises and not feeling so partiful after all. Why do you think you actually feel the way you do when you wake up?You see, our boodies are our temple and we need to realize in order for it to survive the years we wish for ourselves we must learn how to protect it and preserve it like no other! Yes, it's been more then time for me and many others... I have completely stoped from drinking alcohol and or any other recreational activities (like "FuzzBall") that me harm my body.I have completely cut all dairy, red meat, and of course sodas. to be continued...
