Write up Your Street aim to provide a gig bookings service for unsigned bands and are looking for local bands to work with in 2009. If you want the hassle taken out of dealing with promoters and organising gigs so you can focus on the most important part of being in a band - the music, get in touch.
Music is my passion and nothing else gives me more of a buzz than discovering bands that have something special - in other words musicians that are not afraid to be different! There are so many hidden gems that remain undiscovered on the unsigned circuit which provide a welcome escape from the dire state of the mainstream music scene at the moment - Kaiser Chiefs, Hard Fi and Arctic Monkeys and so on and so on! - bland, unimaginative, soulless pre-pubescent pop!
Bands previously worked with: Martyr de Mona, Hostile, Hellfire, Lumphammer, The Lowlifes, Mentira, Shot Dead in Vegas, Naked as Christ, The Rockdog Project to name but a few.
