I have spent the last 15 years immersed in many facets of the beauty industry. My work as a model led me to the Miss New Jersey Pageant where I won the title in 1992. Two years later, I transitioned into a full-time career in makeup and beauty. Over the past 15 years, I have developed and used many products on some of the world’s top celebrities and models.

I have worked with some of the hottest names in the entertainment industry including Angela Bassett, Queen Latifah, Paris Hilton, Lauren Conrad, Paula Abdul, Tara Reid, Carmen Electra, Nikki Taylor, Giselle Bundchen, Anika Noni Rose, Nick Lachey, Tyson Beckford and Quincy Jones. My artistry has been featured in numerous publications like In Style, Glamour, Seventeen, O, Essence, More, Vibe and People. I’ve worked backstage at New York Fashion Week and have created runway looks for Vera Wang, Badgley Mischka, Marc Bouwer, Tommy Hilfiger, Halston, Oscar de la Renta, Peter Som, Alvin Valley, Zang Toi, Roland Mouret, Dennis Brasso and Plenty by Tracy Reese. TV credits include “Today Show”, “Ambush Makeovers”, “Oprah”, “B. Smith with Style”, “The Grammy’s”, “Billboard Music Awards” and “Radio Music Awards”. I have traveled the globe to advise women on their beauty and skincare needs, finding that women everywhere wanted an uncomplicated beauty routine. In balancing the demands of my career with those of motherhood, I didn’t have time for a complex makeup routine. As a makeup artist, I’ve always loved pencils for their convenience and ease of application. One morning while holding my daughter and trying to apply my makeup, I realized the importance of multi-tasking and that I needed to be able to do my makeup with one hand. So, I designed Color by Cynde Watson, a line of dual-ended pencils where your key makeup needs are met in an easy-to-access portable kit for the face, eyes and lips.My global experience as a beauty executive combined with my personal life as a multi-tasking mother and wife is the inspiration for my Color Cosmetics brand. ------- Color by Cynde Watson, was designed to give all women a seamless and uncomplicated makeup routine with consistently beautiful results.
