HEY EVERYONE, Welcome to my MYSPACE PAGE. well let me break everything down for you all.ABOUT ME: Am vanessa/Diamond-Honey. am from East London but i also live in Liverpool and Leeds.
MUSIC: Am from a family filled with musicians from a dad who used to dj and a mum who used to sing before i was gone so its not surprising i do music now.I got into music from the age of 10 when i wrote my first song called "hottie" from there i started writting a lot. At 15 i recorded my first song, by 16 i had "some" knowledge" of the music industry so i started writting and composing. I got my self a promoter and manager but the label wasnt promoting me to the fullest so we parted.From there using myspace and other websites i started promoting myself. With my first son "lean back" getting 400 plays in the first week it was safe to say DIAMOND GOT TALENT.I dont do music to please certain people i do music for people to listen to and know what ive got to offer.I started off writting then rapping then singing now i do it all.Always looking to collaborate with other artists and promoting my music is what am going to keep doing.At the moment am currently busy with my label DIRTY-SWAG which i started in 2007 but didnt really set my mind on.Am still young under 20 so right now am going to keep writting/promoting and collaborating. I dont stress myself on "TRYING TO GET SIGNED" only because there are too many artist we want the same thing and all seem to approuch it the same way. I myself will take it myway and keep doing what am doing by building on my label which already had over 200 people on it, HOPEFULLY by this i myself and other artists on my team will get that explosure they need. DREAMS SHOULD BE MADE REAL! dont keep dreaming, if you want something GO FOR IT!!. getting signed is my main goal at the moment but in order for that to happen i have to stay on grind and keep doing what am doing.Right now am working on my collaborations and mixtape STAR IN THE MAKING. always stay locked for more on my music.MODELLING AND FASHION: what can i say about this section. well i actually got into modelling at the age of 6 when i won a modelling contest which my mum had taken me to and god bless her because she designed my dress the night beofre i went on stage. Untill i got to the age of 14 i wasnt really into modelling as i thought i had to be skinny to be a model. At 16 i had several agencies wanting to sign me but i was still under age, Now i model for different agencies, Ive been offered modelling jobs in U.S.A for VIDEO MODELS. Ive taken up some of the ofers giving to me and appeared on album covers,leafets and wallpapers. Ive worked with different agencies in the uK. As for being a uk model i wouldnt hype on it. There ant any mainstream black models in the uk music industry expect those you see on underground videos "WHICH ANT MY THING" but you gotta start somewere right?.You can find me on BLACKREFER/XPRESSMODELS/jurgita/ and many other wesbites.DIRTY-SWAG-UK well i started this label in 2007 and made it my main forcus this year.
