The apple doesn't fall far from the tree - dad Arnold (Buddy) Kaine was a recording artist with hits on the New Zealand/Australian "HIT PARADE" charts in the early '50's. Did he really expect his children to do anything else!!!!There are so many great musical friends who provided encouragement, knowledge and support through the years - apologies if I've left anyone out. Special thanks to Pete Woodman who always believed in me - his unfailing trust in my ability always made me stretch my self-imposed limits. Those early years, when we were all young and hungry, I worked with, learned with (and from) musicians like Marc Chover, Ted Lucas, David Levine, Meatloaf, Question Mark, Rick Bozzo, Frankie Montoya, Phil Esser. They remain close to my heart.More recently, it has been a privilege and pleasure to work with Richard Wagner, Charlie Martin, Eric Wilhelm, John Abraham, Rick Zeldes, Kate Hart, Cass Dufrin and Gary Rasmuessen.Son Peter writes, raps and plays drums; daughter Sarah (Sparkles) dances, writes and sings. Grandson Ryan...well, he's not quite three, but what potential....newest grandchild, Brooklyn, age 6 months, has that 'look'.. we're in for trouble with this one!
