Band Members: Michel Meroni in art "Miskia" was born in Milan in 1979 from mother radiospeaker and father dj and art director of one of the first radios in Milan. He ‘s only 5 when he starts working with some of the most important agencies as a baby speaker and doubler of famous national Italian tv and radio spots. Turned 14, he falls in love with House music so much that after a couple of years he buys his first sampler and takes his first steps on it even before learning how to mix with vinyls. In 2001 he’s introduced to Andrea Gemolotto, Italian pioneer of 80’s and 90’ s underground music, nonetheless author of the big hit "Sueno Latino". Thank to this guy’s hints and teachings he dives into the digital world and learns in a few months a huge amount of skills which will be really handy in his newborn-career as a producer. In the mean time he works hard as a sound engineer in his father recording studio and learns more about sang and instrumental sessions in jingles-making. This “Jingles Factory “(a small but world-known studio) gives him a great opportunity to meet and work with many famous Italian jazz musicians and singers of different nationalities. Inspired by them he starts a rich production of jingles beds touching all kind of styles like House, Soulful, Deep, Lounge, NuJazz, RnB, Pop etc creating a large portfolio. Thank to his eclectic music background and to his tightness on the beat he builds up his own djing style putting together different sonorities and different grooves in a unique cool vibe.
