Meet The CEO's of E & R Productions:El-Jay Williams- Writer & Director of Wrath is a native of Kansas City, MO, and the son of proud parents Veronica M. Ashley & El-Jay Williams Sr. Standing 6 foot, this twenty three year old is a recent graduate of The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff where he received a degree in Theater and Mass Communications. While there he also sung with the internationally recognized Vesper Choir. After attending the Las Angeles County High School for The Arts at an early age, Williams discovered the meaning of being a good writer and performer. He quotes "You can always point out a good writer or artist by their, passion, drive and sincerity behind their work. It's never about what I can get out of it but more about what my audience will get out of it." After attending many workshops and writing seminars, El-Jay discovered that his main goal is to encourage others in any way possible through his skill. Today, El-Jay travels the country doing his mime dance, a part time choreographer in the heart of Kansas City, and a joint partner of E & R Productions. El-Jay's recent credits include, "Blues In The Night", 'Hamlet: Revenge of The King','The Touring Hip-Hop Project', 'Grandmas Hand', A Troubled Heart Production.

Rodney C. Rayford Jr. aka Double R, one half of E & R Productions is songwriter and producer of all the music in the stage play Wrath. As a child Rodney traveled the country acting in commercials and stage plays. As a teenager Rodney attended The Coterie Theater and The American Heartland Theater as one of their main actors for four years. While their he gained experience in Gospel, Broadway, and Shakespeare productions. After his time with The Coterie and The American Heartland Rodney decided to take his career to a different level by forming an R & B Group known as E-Vent. They have traveled the country performing with such artists as Chris Brown, T-Pain and Keyshia Cole. With the support and guidance of his parents of Monica & David Johnson and his three older sisters Rodney was able to focus on his career and also graduate from F.L. Schagle High School. While traveling with E-Vent Rodney decided to team up with the other half of of E & R Productions (El-Jay Williams Jr.), together they are presenting their first production as a team, the new stage play Wrath. Rodney quotes "Just Do It, Walls are built to tear down and go through.'
