Back Up Jackson is an original ska-fusion band hailing from the great state of New Jersey. Formed officially in 2001, we blend our ska roots with reggae, punk-rock, swing, jazz, and straight-ahead rock influences to create an original sound that's unique and fun. With favorites like "Do It All Over Again," "Candle in the City," and "Jesse & Jaime," our well crafted original music has been enjoyed at many live performances. The band's trademark musical hyperactivity has impressed audiences and fellow musicians alike in venues throughout the tri-state area.
