Sounds Like: Quite recently, unbeknownst to the vast majority of Earthlings, a near omniscent being from another dimension sought out the greatest rock 'n roll band ever. After being unable to find a band that met all requirements, he decided to field the band himself. To accomplish this task, he held an outer space American Idol of sorts on a distant planet called Rock World. After months of grueling "rock offs," the being had accomplished his goal of assembling a band that met all criteria he sought. This band christened themselves the Sour Mash Kats and returned to Earth ready to rock 'n roll! The sound of the Sour Mash Kats has been likened to the tour buses of Carl Perkins and The Ramones meeting in a head on collision at 90 mph. It's an amped of ammalgamation of rockabilly and punk rock with a country twang for good measure.
