Dryver is a unique all instrumental, hard edged Metal/ Rock band fusing exceptional musicianship with modern power and melodic groove. The Mission of the band is to take the best elements of many different styles, genres and eras of rock and metal and, combine them to make the ultimate powerful yet musical force in Rock n' Roll. The music speaks for itself. Dryver has already rocked large, sold out crowds at venues such as the Viper Room, The GiG, The Knitting Factory, as well as many others across the southland. Their army of fans will continue to grow as more people are exposed to the band and its music.David Ballon is the founder, song writer, and guitarist for the group. Tom Mercer plays drums and supplies much of the rhythmic muscle behind the band, while Justin Kunkel handles all the bass duties, laying down the thick bottom end that solidifies the power and groove of the music.Dryver presents a unique all instrumental Tour-de-Force. The songs, musicianship, and stage show are so compelling that there is truly something for everyone in this group. Hardcore rockers, musicians, and general music fans alike will find something to groove to in Dryver.The band continues to look for the perfect vocalist but, will choose one only when that added voice enhances this already complete and awesome package. Each member of the group was carefully chosen through a long and intensive search.
