Josephine lived through the night and is back in the regular bowl with Geraldine.1:20pm ~ vegtarian avacado and cucumber maki, miso soup.

Dinner

I just had plate of garlic laced kale for dinner followed by a strong batch of salt & vinegar chips. A balanced meal.Now I'm onto the chamomile.It's been a happening evening.
