Michael is the vocalist for the East Coast's Premier 80's Tribute Band, The Reagan Years.
Mike is a veteran vocalist of the Mid Atlantic Music scene. He bagan singing in his first club band "Neglektid Toyz" at the age of 17. In 1988, Michael joined Mid Atlantic favorites "Mona Lisa",solidifying himself as one of the premier rock vocalists in the region.In 1990, Michael joined another regional favorite "IROC" which also saw Michael recieve consecutive nominations from Mid Atlantic Music Magazine, as one of the top vocalists and frontmen in the region.
In the mid 90's,the change in the musical climate forced Mike to take a brief retirement from live performing, and focus his talent in the voice over and radio jingle business.Mike recorded several nationally and regionally aired voice overs and jingles for Verizon, United Way, Coastal Cellular, and Tavern on the Rocks, to name a few.
In 1996 Michael relocated to Florida where his demo's caught the attention of legendary Record Company President Phil Walden(former manager of Otis Redding,Percy Sledge, and The Allman Brothers), which led to a development deal with Capricorn Records(311,Kenny Chesney,Gov't Mule,Lynyrd Skynyrd) which ultimatley led to him joining the "Anthony/Lively Project",which featured members of legendary Blues Rock Groups such as Wet Willie and The Elvin Bishop Band.
