Fatal Flaw officially began in the summer of 2007. The members started jamming together at a music school in Kitchener very casually on weekends, but then decided to become a serious band and adopt a DIY work ethic. At first the sound was more of a rock and roll style, but as we progressed it quickly shifted to metal. We have played with a wide variety of bands throughout the the past year, from indie to death metal. On November 2, 2007 we were the first runners up for the Matt Osbourne award at the annual Sonic Boom Awards, hosted by CKMS radio. It was an awesome experience for us, and we are very grateful to everyone at CKMS. In the Spring of 2008 we recorded a one song demo at Small Dog Studios that is now on our profile for your listening pleasure. We plan on recording a full quality 5 song EP this August that will be mastered, pressed, and available online and at shows.
