Trying new things, but sticking with things I love (Starbucks Ham breakfast sandwich...yum), watching tv/movies in bed, experimenting with new cooking recipes & preparing my favorites, long walks or runs around Capitola & on East Cliff Drive, the smell of rain & ocean breeze, the sight of a sunset over the ocean, partying with almost all my friends in one room (my house warming party '06),Dancing, childhood memories with my sister and family motorhome trips across the U.S./Iowa, dining out- especially seafood/sushi, going to Giant's games, live concerts, fishing/camping/boating, a nice glass of riesling wine/Stoli & 7/cosmo martini, sitting by a fire, animals-especially the fuzzy/hairy ones eventhough I am usually allergic to them.
Someone who supports me through tough times, will talk to me and help me problem solve while I am indecisive or as I like to call it- weighing all my options, will laugh alot with me (and sometimes at me because I am not perfect), and most importantly have a positive outlook and make the best of things to enjoy life to the fullest.

I don't read too often. But if I do I read mystery novels, fitness/self improvement magazines, celebrity gossip magazines (guilty), find new recipes for cooking, real estate literature/contracts/forms/laws to find out information for the deal I am working on or study Real Estate Textbooks for my Broker's license.
My parents and sister. People that have a smile on their face and a good attitude while going through tough times.
