I have been building a business ever since giving up teaching, which some times I think I would like to go back to. I am working hard at building a following and rep in the import car and model business and hope to move into the NASCAR and formula one racing scene as a photographer and include it in my new publication. I love to tarvel and can't get enough of good looking females. Tho if I had one to come home to that would change. I am very loyal and a one women man.
When I was in college I worked for Playboy as one of there first Campus Reps and learned a lot about style, marketing, business in general and working with models. Those three years with Playboy changed me more then I new at the time. I am greatful to Playboy for eveything they tought me and for the chance to be part of their business.
I have several degrees and taught P. E.. Was a high school teacher in Chicago for two yrs. and then went on to the University of Nebraska where I got my Masters and coached wrestling for five years. Then came back to Chicago and taught and coached wrestling at Concordia College for five years. Was part of the Olympic USA program in wrestling from 1974 to 1982. There are times I do wish I was still coaching wrestling.
After leaveing teaching I opened my own health club and trained female bodybuilders and did research for the IFBB on female bodybuilders. Wrote several articles for Muscle & Fitness and Flex for two years and did some articles for Iron Man magazines. Then the bodybuilding got me into the apparel business. Don't ask!
I used to make the baggy pants and stuff but moved into making dresses and custom apparel for night clubs, companies and adult entertainers. During that time I got more into my photography and started doing more work in this area.
About 6 yrs ago I just desided to do the photography full time and have been attempting to build that up. I have worked as a Editor of a small national import car / lifestyle magazine and submitted photos to several import car publications. I am still printing apparel for a few clients that call me and am starting a new line of apparel for the custom car/truck/bike fans. I still have a line of printed t-shirts that I market on my web site. That has not left to much time to meet someone and get to know them. Most of the gals I meet don't like the idea I photograph models or will do nude shots for the models. Even tho I used to ask my girl friends to go with me to the shoots or be there, most still think I shouldn't be doing that. So good-by girlfriend.
I love to travel and see different things and meet new people and learn different things. I try to keep my mind open for new experiences.
Oh, I love dogs and hope to have two one day soon. I love Norwegian Elkhounds, they are just like me, independent but very loyal and loving.
Did I say I was part Italian and Irish? I am and yes I do have a temper but have learned to control it in most situations. I am big on family and loved ones and know what loyality and honor mean. I am also a big sports fan, love my Cubs even tho they kill me every year, the same with the Bears and the Bulls tho they gave us more then any team in Chicago and seem to be going in the right direction now. "I hope"!
I have launched my new web site and will be launching my new publication about the import/custom car lifestyle in January of 07 and it is called "TIGHT"-MAG. I will be sending out notices for those that want to be members of the site so those interested can join. There will be video interviews, models, and car galleries where members can vote for the model and car of the month.
