Solomon started writing at the age of 12 when hip hop as he believes was at its strongest. He was heavily influenced by Run DMC,Fat Boys,LL Cool J,Public Enemy,A Tribe called Quest, etc. He understands that the music industry is indeed a business and requires much work, time, and patience. He studied business management and communications in the late 90's through 2000. Solomon also studied the music industry intensely. His strong voice and versatilty stands out as he leads hip hops revolution. He reaches out to the people on many issues in struggle from politrix to relationships, acknowledging all walks of life. He has a good knack for club bangers as well which show and prove that he is marketable and has appeal. Solomon speaks to inner city and suburban America giving everyone guidance, hope, and knowledge in his music. He calls it the New Movement for Improvement. His style is impeccable and credible with depth and great structure on all levels. Solomons first performance was at Club Iguana in Ft. Lauderdale FL(2003) where he moved the crowd and got noticed by an industry onlooker. He also captured two victories in "The MC Battle" at the E-Bar over some good competitors, which was held by Atlas weekly. Being from Mass he began to capture Floridas attention. Solomon then began hangin with JT Money, Kenny G of the Get Some Crew, Trick Daddy, Trina, ect. Miami welcomed him with open arms due to his talents and personality, even though he was from up north. He has also done various performances at "Club View"(2004,2005) a popular nightspot located in North Adams Massachusetts and "The Pitchers Mound"(05, 07, 08). In 2003 he was also spotted with G-Unit and Big Tigger at Spring Bling in Daytona Beach and was seen on BET's 106 & Park performing for Music Megastar in Hempstead, NY. Solomons plans for 2008 include performances at Michaels, Flavors, and Bogies. All spots in the 413! He has recently performed twice at The Dalton Depot which was wall to wall and Jilly's located in Rutland Vermont. His song "Stay On Da Floor" spoke straight to the club and delivered energy and charisma. Solomons future plans include branching out to Boston, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and New Jersey to feature on some big projects. He recently featured on DJ Green Lanterns MySpace Invasion pt.3 and Coast to Coast vol.19 hosted by DJ Noodles. Look for more mixtape features with various DJ's! With his ability to rub elbows with major players, we can expect to see much more of him. Solomon has just connected with Eric B and his manager Richard. Yes, the pioneer from Eric B and Rakim! They plan on pushing him further by full campaigns and a professional backing. So Keep your eyes and ears open for his debut album "Escape From Freedom" coming later this year!
