About Me

Monday Sept. 7, 2008 Today marks the passing of an age. It is the end times. Death Defects brand new and final single has been posted on this site for free download as a parting gift to all the people who gave us encouragement throughout the years. You may also notice that all the other songs are now available for download as well.Today also marks the birth of a new age. The members of Death Defect have no intentions of quitting music and will in fact be reforming as a new, soon to be named project! Members: Ronnie Rokkenrohl(guitar), Jim Hyde(drums), Mikey Showtime(guitar), and Tim Bones(bass) are (NOW AUDITIONING VOCALISTS!!!!)

Meanwhile Sir William D'Villaine will hopefully be looking for a new band in the great ganja friendly state of California.Huge thanks to everyone for listening to our music and coming to shows. Rock on and support local music. R.I.P. DD Death Defect was a non stop crash and burn of thrash metal and hardcore mixed with melodic vocals. Finding it difficult to compare themselves to bands or to pick a solid genre, they boldly break all rules and barriers making possibilties limitless. The band started on its path around 2001 and has gone through a few line up changes along with different styles of tunes and sounds. Band members include Billy Villan on vocals. Ronnie Rokkenrohl on guitar. T. Bones on the bass guitar. Mikey Showtime on guitar. Jim "Hyde" Ritchie on drums.
