About Me

ON THE ONE started in 2006 with Richie Sooy (Life and Limb, Physical Challenge, IQUIT), Conrad Lobel (DJ RAD!, Little Mission Heros), Death Metal Dan, and Andy Rice (Sinking Ships, Physical Challenge, Trash Talk). The band never left the practice space and eventually faded out.

But now we are back. Richie and Conrad are still around, and are joined with Cody Hayes (Brutal Fight, IQUIT, Twohands), Friendly Dave (Consumption, Death A.D.), and Travis Wisner (The Burning Room, Twohands).

ON THE ONE comes from many different backgrounds. We share many different beliefs and convictions, but we support each other however we can. The one thing that ties us together is our passion to make fun and heartfelt hardcore. We have shit to say.
