Fraser Dean Band

About Me

At age 11 Dean saw the drummer from Def Leppard on tv with drumsticks in hand wailing away on the drums, long shaggy hair, no shirt, sweating away on stage. First thing that came to his mind: "How can I be like that?"One question can just instantly change one's life and outlook, and for Dean that changed his entire future. He started off with chopsticks in his hands playing on pots and pans, then graduated to cardboard boxes.Out of all his friends that tried drumming, Dean always came out ahead as being the best and the fastest. later Dean and his friends would get together weekly and have "air band" practice. They would imitate AC/DC, Ozzy, and the mighty Van Halen. Eventually Dean got a real drumset at the age of 14, and started playing for cover bands! Played local high schools, and things just progressed from there. At age 18 Dean joined a KISS cover band and toured around Canada. "ROCK N ROLL ALL NIGHT PARTY EVERYDAY"!By 19, Dean joined an "original" band and continued to play in various orginal bands until the age of 27. By that time Dean's interest in guitar and song writing was peaked. Shortly thereafter he went into the recording studio and recorded his own first original song, where he did the tracks for drums, guitar and vocals, with guest musicians on bass.Since then he has been recording originals on a regular basis where most instrument tracks are done by Dean himself. In 2006 he had two of his originals professionally recorded as videos. One of which is on this site, called "Good for me".There is plenty more to come in the near future!found this plain layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com
