"SWEEP TIME"

Kevin Windross. Guitarsist - Singer - Songwriter - Producer. Profile Songs were recorded @ Kevin’s home studio using Qbase, a Behringer valve pre amp and a Tascam US-122 interface. All tracks are rough mix and un-mastered (except tracks 3 , 4 & 5 studio tracks). Stay tuned for the real deal "STANDING OUTSIDE CIRCLES" due for release early May 08

Kevin plays all guitars, synth/pads, and bass on all tracks and sings in Light The Way and In Your Eyes.
Light The way , In Your Eyes and Sunshine over KL, are three studio tracks from Kevin’s former band, Early Warning System and are off the album, "OVERWORLD" available through Soundmass Records. (Bass tracks were played by Mark Searle and the drums by Ben Schumman).

Most of the melody guitar parts were recorded with a Laney VH100R Amp and the Laboga Mr Hector Amplifier with a little help from the xotic AC-Plus Pedal (Thanks Toshio @ xotic USA), a Blackstar HT pedal was used for direct recording. Effects (mostly delays) were produced with the Marshall JFX.

Guitarists I really respect are the greats like - Steve Lukather, John Norum, Mark Knopfler, Phil Keaggy, Eric Johnson, Frank Gambale, Greg Howe, Ty Tabor, Satch, John Sykes, Vinnie Moore, Jeff Beck, Tom Scholz, Phil Emmanuel, Glen Campbell, Al Di Meola.

Also players like Petrucci, Vai, Zakk Wylde, Paul Gilbert and of course Eddie.

I have also discovered some great, less known guitarists on myspace like - Muris Varajic, Martin Marshall and i'm still on the lookout for others.
