Thank you for visiting the page of Andrea Wallace, founder and operator of 288 Vocals.Andrea Wallace is a skilled and anointed singer, songwriter and vocal instructor who loves God with her whole heart and desires to share His message of grace and mercy with all through music.She intricately blends the music genres of gospel, jazz and classical to create a style that is uniquely hers.Ms. Wallace, a native of Dallas, Texas, began singing at an early age. At twelve, she began private studies with a classical voice instructor. She is an Alumna of the famed Booker T. Washington School for the Performing and Visual Arts. Andrea continued her education at the University of North Texas, where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree with emphasis on Music Education and voice.Andrea was a member of the platinum selling, Grammy Award winning group God's Property where she learned the art of recording from Kirk Franklin and the rules of the road as a touring artist. She went on to work with other artist: Donald Lawrence, Ted & Sheri, Kenny Lattimore, and the late Gerald LevertMs. Wallace's artistic integrity lead Myron Butler to call and invite her to be member of Levi. Andrea was featured on the group's Stellar Award winning debut album, "Set Me Free." Her pristine vocals can also be heard on their Sophomore album entitled "Stronger."In addition to ministering with Levi, Ms. Wallace is very excited about the work she does as a vocal instructor. Ministry minded with a love of cultivating voices, she has founded 288 Vocals based on the Biblical text found in I Chron. 25:6-7.
