everything... therefore, nothing.
ouh... theres a long list for this one, siti nurhaliza would be high on that list... along with osama bin laden and frank mccourt (who wrote angela's ashes and t'is). dead people i would like to meet would be that guy who killed kennedy, j harvey oswald AND puteri gunung ledang (but then i would die shortly afterwards, puking blood all over... so she can wait, until later later). then there is this cute girl i would like to meet... as in a DATE meet (and i don't mind meeting her everyday for the rest of my life). but that seems kind of impossible, so i'd meet anyone who bothers to meet me. losers can't be choosers you know.
ada seorang awek cun ni, aku nak sangat nyanyi satu lagu ni untuk dia (tapi hampas laa kan main gitar memang tak reti... suara pun pitchy pitchy letchumy je...). dan kalau habih pupus semua lagu dalam dunia biar lah lagu tu saja yang tinggal. masa aku dengar first time kat dalam topshop klcc stret aku berdiri tegak ternganga depan screen besar sambil dikelilingi yuppie yuppie yang tengah shopping tu. aku tanya amoi cun sales promoter topshop tu "lagu apekah itu?" dia buat buat tak layan padahal takde hati pun aku nak tekel dia. i know now... it's, Damien Rice - The Blower's Daughter.
Tombstone of Fireflies. i almost cried.

As I Please - Salleh Ben Joned. this is the only book i've ever read wholly in the bookstore. i got there (kinokuniya klcc) at around 4 and left at 9. i managed to get halfway through so i spent the whole of the next day finishing it off. i was broke. really. anyway, he is the only malay writer that i know whos works are bilingual. his writings in malay is as poignant as in english, not too many people can do that. i would like to think of myself as the same... but everytime i write in malay it came off as either too poetic and corny or incomprehensible. not that i'm that good in english for that matter. but heck, i would love to someday say my favourite book... is, the one that i wrote.
Helen Keller. the epitome of heroism.
