My name is Tom and im a 20 yr old australian expatriate living in the Island of Jersey. I see myself as a modern reincarnation of Cecil Rhodes. Im in my second year of studying biology at Exeter University,I hope one day to have a career in medicine or conservation. Or i may end up as a druglord. We'll see.
Anyway, Im into my surfing and snowboarding, although I rarely get an opportunity to partake in the latter, but this is compensated for since I live 10 mins from one of the best surfing beaches in Europe. I really like Africa, i built a school in Kenya once, that was cool. Climbing Kili was also good. Ive been there 4 or 5 times and i defintely see my self going back, possibly living there.
I also like music . I have a passion for travel (I'll probably be in thailand / laos as you read this), ive been to over 30 countries so far, my aim is to visit each one in my lifetime.
On the nerdier side of things, i like my video games (ps3 + projector = awesome.) and books (thank you JRR Tolkien, Ursula Le Guin and others for filling my childhood with fantasy and inspiration.)
Lastly I love my family and friends especially my lovely sister and brother...
