started by a group of soul/boogie collectors and enthusiasts who've come together to bring san francisco a fresh new vibe at a fly little underground spot, DEEP in the heart of chinatown, li po lounge. sweater funk focuses on late 70's to early 80's mid tempo soulful boogie and 2-step soul gems all on original wax. on the real, sweater funk is my favorite party in sf right now, and i'm hella excited to be the guest dj this sunday... if you love boogie/disco/funk/soul, come experience the sweater funk sound.....this party is for you!
