Would you like to see the best talent on the Georgia College campuses compete for stardom?
Hillels of Georgia is sponsoring this fantastic talent competition for all students enrolled in a Georgia college or university.
Finalists, chosen from hundreds of contestants who compete in "American Idol" style elimination events will vie to become the Campus SuperStar and win the $5,000 first prize.
This year, over 200 students from 26 Georgia colleges will attend the Campus SuperStar 2008 auditions in hopes of making the cut - on the way to being crowned Campus SuperStar.
After the competitive 'American Idol' style search, talented finalists from across the state will compete on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Center Stage Atlanta in the hopes of being crowned Campus SuperStar and winning the $5,000 prize.
The proceeds from this event go to supporting programs through Hillels of Georgia, an organization dedicated to building vibrant Jewish student life at Emory University, University of Georgia, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Kennesaw and other Georgia colleges.
Each year, Hillels of Georgia serves 6,000 Jewish college students through 550 programs that connect them to their Jewish heritage and community.
