--------------------------Hi! I'm a CPR Certified ZUMBA Dance Fitness Instructor in Central Florida. ZUMBA is a Latin inspired, dance-fitness, cardio/aerobic based workout with components of resistance and sculpting training for toning. It incorporates International and Latin music with dance movements into an exciting fitness system! I teach at 3 locations on a regular basis and substitute teach at many different locations in Clermont, Minneola, Ocoee, Winter Garden and surrounding areas!
