Mowrey played his first professional show at the Hightstown Bowling Lanes, located just off Exit 8 on the New Jersey turnpike. Even the thunderous sound of struck pins and drunken bowlers was no match for the voluminous cacophony that issued forth from Mowrey's fledging musical enterprise. It was a harbinger of things to come. After that, while never quite becoming famous in his own right, Mowrey went on to play with people who've played with people. Along the way, he learned piano, organ, guitar, mandolin and, in his most recent leap towards virtuosity and wide-spread acclaim, accordion.Mowrey's latest record, "As You Like It", is a collection of ten original songs. The credits are: Susie Davis – Vocals, Percussion, Keys, Accordian.Susie has toured extensively with Prince, Mick Jagger, Van Morrison, Sheila E, Sinead O'Connor, Pat Benatar and Those Darn Accordians.Paul Robinson – Guitar.Paul has played with Dan Hicks and his Hot Licks for over 10 years; he also played lead guitar on Al Stewart’s “Year of the Cat†tour.Paul Revelli – Drums.Paul has toured and recorded with Joe Louis Walker, Chuck Prophet, Bonnie Hayes, Earl Thomas.Carri Abrahms – Vocals. With her remarkable soprano voice, Carri performs and records with Those Darn Accordians. She was also the featured soloist for the Phantasy Ensemble performance of the Handel cantatas.David Solari – Bass player and Sound Engineer for Mocadelic. David has contributed his musical services to numerous bands, including Pink Floyd, and the Alexis Harte Band.Marc Mowrey – Keyboards, songwriting and vocals.
