Hey. Nice of you to drop by.Cheers for checking out my myspace space- if you have come this far, you probably wanna know more about me, so sit down, grab a drink, stay a while. Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin...On 11th August 1975 (warning - whether or not you believe in it, I happen to be a typical Leo...), I am born a month prematurely to a young Irish girl called Clare, weighing less than a bag of sugar.Just before this point Clare has moved from Dublin to London for her boyfriend and she is promptly dumped when she tells him she is pregnant. As a good Catholic girl she gives the baby boy up for adoption, saying that she wants him to have a better home than she could ever provide. Thus she saves my life before it begins (and gains much respect).Instead a 3 day-old me is taken in by a young childless Irish couple living in London. They've been trying for years for a child to no avail, and instead have lived the high life throughout the 60's and 70's. They get all the partying out of their system just in time for me :)Cue 18 years of blissful childhood.(With the slight annoyance of a younger sister 3 years into the journey - who despite early devil-child tendencies I come to love dearly).Life continues. Margaret Thatcher gets in power. She drives the miners mad. Then the Argentinians. Then her own Cabinet. Finally she drives her whole party mad, and they never recover. Life continues.By now, the little bag of sugar is now 6 foot and not quite so sweet. He studies French and Business at Kings College before disappearing off to Paris to live. When he comes back, he has discovered he likes boys' willies. A lot. Always someone to indulge himself in the finer things in life, he heads for the scene to find himself some cuties (and their willies). He finds plenty, spends too much, parties too hard, and gets hurt by the cuties. Over and over and over.He realises there is more to life than being gay (and definitely more to life than willies). He regains his focus, ploughs himself into his job. And becomes a Success(TM)."So you plant your own gardenand decorate your own soulinstead of waiting for someoneto bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endureyou really are strongyou really do have worthand you learnand you learnwith every goodbye, you learn."
