Photography is my PASSION, But I would like to expand my portfolio somewhat!! I have taken photos of Anastacia, Bev Knight, Kylie, The Bravery, Busted, Moby, Nine Black Alps, Stereophonics, Kaiser Chiefs, We Are Scientists, Editors, Maximo Park, Snow Patrol, Lost Prophets, Franz, Feeder, Tapes + Tapes, The Rakes, Good Books, Editors, Lily Allen, Just Jack, Foo Fighters, Pink, Jarvis Cocker: etc.,I would love to do some promo shots for any band or artist!! I just love getting that one fantastic shot!! I Just love taking photos its so addictive, whether it be of an artist, a band or glorious scenery or even a portrait.....I'm a West Bromwich Albion fan for my sins, and have been since age 3!! I work at West Brom as an Executive Steward and a Licensed Steward as well, Have done for four seasons now. I work in the East Stand on the executive boxes...very interesting... I've met some fantastic people there who've become friends of mine and we have a laugh too and it's a good crack!
I love music as well, I have been to so many gigs!! I've seen the Stereophonics 11 times. The Bravery Seven times, Anastacia Five times - hopefully more by the end of 2008, Feeder Five times, BKB Eight times, Finally saw Red Hot Chilli's at Ricoh Stadium in '06, went to V2005/2006, AND 2007 whooppeee: Went to Glasto in '07 and that was immense, actually went on the Pyramid stage to see WELLER, the god!
I've seen Editors Seven times too, even went to Germany twice to see them!! Kaiser Chiefs Six times as well, twice in Germany:
Just hope this year 2008!!! is really successful with the freelance photography angle, fingers crossed!! Plenty of photo passes please......And work...any Record companies/Artists/Bands/PR Companies/Promoters out there want a photographer...just yell....LOL....I've met some amazing people over the last couple of years, you know who you are!! I love a good film and nothing better than sitting down to watch a blockbuster on DVD or at the cinema: So many films too mention But heres a few: Dumb + Dumber, Beaches, Star Wars all of them, Raiders of the Lost Ark all of them, Spiderman Trilogy, Blade The Trilogy, Windtalkers, Predator, Independence Day, In her shoes, Back to the Future trilogy, Superman all of them, Constantine [Keanu looks so hot in that!!]....Anything with the gorgeous Jake Gyllenhall in...Yum...Yum...or the gorgeous Johnny Depp...........I do like the odd chick flick, but hate crying and showing myself up in public!! Love action films and sci-fi as you can see from the above.
Television:
No time for tv always too busy!!!But if I do have time: Heroes, Greys Anatomy, Superstructures, Any nature programme, Sex in the City, The Championship [watching Albion win!!]etc.,
Books:
No time to read BUT if I do, I tend to go for any autobiography, mainly sports ones, or people I admire!!Favourite book - Frank Skinners autobiography, the funniest book ever!!Any camera mag or music mag!!
Heroes:
Cyrille Regis, he's still gorgeous now, what a footballer. Great Legs!! What would he be worth now if he played!!Roman Bednar- oh my god how hot is he!! Met him twice at the Albion and he's smoulderingly good looking.......Anastacia - battling breast cancer and pulling through against all the odds. What a fantastic women, full of vitality, positivity and a women with 'balls', bloody nice person too! And she was so lovely in the flesh, so down to earth.Of Course My Mom - without her I wouldn't be here. She has 'balls' and is full of life, there's never a dull moment with my Mom, She's helped me through 8 driving tests LOL!!, through various crappy relationships [4] and through my college education and Uni degree - 8 years in total!!My Dad - We're so alike in many ways it's uncanny, I've inherited his stubborness, his passion, his enthusiasm and his terrible sense of humour: and it's his fault I'm an Albion fan!! He's been my rock and always listens, which is one of his better qualities, or is he doing the man thing and switching off when I talk to him!!Scarlet Page - I envy all her work - She has the task of photographing so many amazing stars and bands, just to work with her for one day would be a wish come true. She makes Kelly Jones from phonics look so sexy.....Astounding work.Some really good friends: Jo - whom I've known for eons and we've worked together at Villa for which seems like years and who is always there for me in time of trouble and when I need her the most, We ahve the most incredible times when we hook up, I never stop laughing!!: Mark - whom I met on Myspace and saw at a Carol Decker gig, whom offers decent advice when I need it and has been the proverbial shoulder to cry on: Karl whom I seem to have known for eons: Ange - Who I've only known for two years who has become a good friend and is good at offering advice.Of course there's Lovely Lee, who always brings a smile to my face everytime I see him and speak to him: Sophie and Johnny - whom have been friends since 2005 after meeting in Germany at an Editors gig and lastly : Tara - whom I met on My Space, always raises a laugh or a smile and still keeps in touch since meeting the man of her dreams, 'Matt'.Thanks guys for being there for me when I've needed you the most.Lastly 'T' Thanks for the last five months it's been the best five months of my life!!!
