tomorrow
Maybe Tomorrow, a very diverse band with a unique alternative rock sound, was created the summer of 2005 by Will Fenn and Brandon Pruiett as an acoustic project. The band's first show was in Springhill, LA at M's Coffee House on September 3, 2005. This show featured Will Fenn on vocals and introduced Thomas Duval on guitar. Brandon had left sometime earlier due to other commitments. With the decision made to become a full band, the next few months were filled with new members coming and going, including Amanda Tammacio, keyboard, Jason Campisi, bass, and Brian Dozier, bass. These members are a few among many who never made a public appearance with the band but fueled the momentum of Maybe Tomorrow. Maybe Tomorrow's second show on March 4, 2006, featured Thomas Duval on guitar and vocals, and introducing both Justin Hughes on drums and Tim Cadwell on bass. On April 8, 2006, the night of Maybe Tomorrow's third show, Ari Butler was introduced as a second guitar player for the band, making her third guitar overall. At the beginning of the summer Justin left the group saying, "It was just something I felt I had to do." Jesse Hensen followed by Adam Grantham, attempted to fill the spot as the drummer of Maybe Tomorrow in the summer of 2006, but they also never made an appearance with the band. In the fall of 2006, Justin Hughes returned to the band on drums, and Brandon Pruiett returned as well, but taking over vocal duties. Soon after returning on vocals, Brandon Pruiett switched to keyboard, and Joel King became the fourth person to take on lead vocals. The band made a return appearance at Squintfest 2007, after taking almost a year off from shows to work out necessary issues of the band; it's members, and the songs themselves. This show also, unfortunately, revealed the absence of Brandon Pruiett. Maybe Tomorrow's performance on August 4, 2007 in Lafayette, LA was Brandon Pruiett's first public appearance with the band on lead vocals, replacing Joel King when he left the band to pursue other life goals. This performance was the first performance of the band as we see it today. The current band members of Maybe Tomorrow are Thomas Duval, guitar and vocals; Brandon Pruiett, vocals; Justin Hughes, drums; Ari Butler, guitar; and Tim Cadwell, bass.
Maybe Tomorrow has played Squintfest, a national benefit show for Parkinson's research, two years in a row. Maybe Tomorrow has also had the privilege to share the stage with such bands as Junior (Universal Records), Tyler Read (Immortal Records), Mute Math (Warner Bros. Records), Squint (Hoxie Bat Records), Statues Cry Bleeding (DeadbyDaylight Records), and BuiltForSpeed (10th Planet Records).
Maybe Tomorrow is currently recording their debut album, of which the title has not yet been released to the public.
