About Me

I'll try my best to write something insincere and to the point that gives a brief and generalized diagnosis of my personality. I'm starting to read a lot more and I'm becoming even more "wordy" as of late then usual, so I tend to over explicate every little thing I say. I like to read, I like to write, I like to play the guitar, I can do magic, I like music, I like girls, and I like pretending to be crazy. I hate ignorance, injustice, narrow-mindedness, rigidity, greed, fundamentals, religion, television and pop music. I love people, but I cant stand to be around them for prolonged periods of time. I hate the drama of day to day life and wish everyone could just speak honestly without trying to conceal their true feelings. I love to offend people; it's easy to get set in our ways and our (pardon the cliche) "comfort zones" so I like being the one to come along and shake things up a bit. People need change, as much as they despise it, and I'm happy being someone who's willing to be different. I could write more, but you're probably tired of reading so I'll be quiet. Ketner

Astrology and Bullshit

A lot of my friends and family are really into this stuff, and though they claim it's surprisingly accurate, that at its fundamentals it is valid, and that it is utterly harmless, I fear that such cla...

Why be spiritual as opposed to religous?

To start this is not about any particular religion specifically, or even about whether or not a religion is true or false, etc.  So hopefully (as it most likely will inspite of me) this won't degrade ...

A System by Which to Arrange Thoughts and Ideas

This idea came to me while reading Book V of Plato's Republic, where Socrates exposes to Glaucon the necessary distinction between knowledge (that which is true) and belief (that which is believed but...

A New Problem with the Timeless God
