Theory, there are many out there, everybody has at least one, but when it comes to the electronic music scene, there is but one soul that can claim that name!
Theory, the producer (of Theory in Motion ), the DJ, the audiophile, has been dedicated to the electronic music scene for well over 12 years. His love for the music, as well as the scene, is evident to all that cross his path.
For the last 6 years he has been doing a "live PA" as a member of Theory in Motion. Having released two full length albums, "Are You Ready?" and "Wake Up" both drawing comparisons to some of electronica's true heavyweights - Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, and The Crystal Method to name a few.
He has performed across the US, from Seattle to Las Vegas to Miami, and both dancers and DJs alike have responded with love to his music and the vibe that he spreads On and Off the dance floor. When he played two live shows at the Winter Music Conference as TnM in March 2007 he received props in person from the king of electronica, BT.
He has also done work as a composer and producer for Killer Tracks of BMG/Universal, Bad Ass Music, and other licensing agencies with his tracks having been licensed for commercial use in Film, TV, and radio. As a part of Theory in Motion he has also produced a sound score for "Ommission" as well as had music featured in the sound track for "Digitalis", both independent films. And wait, there is more! His newest Theory in Motion album "Wake Up" was released on Systematica Records on Feb 19th 2008, as well as having several remixes released by popular producers on various labels, including Peak Hour Records of NY.
He currently spends his time in the studio working on mid-temo infused electro-ish break-hop tracks for a future Live PA and album featuring the vocal talent of Suzi Star & Miss Wicki, along with R.AK.HAN and Sucha MC tearing up the mics. Coming to a stage near you in Fall 2009!
When behind the decks you can guarantee on hearing a cosmic blend of his originals, remixes of his tracks by other world class producers, as well as today's underground electro and breakbeat hits and hard to find remixes. In short this means utter insanity, complete ecstasy, and organized chaos on the dance floor.
Book Theory for your next event and find out what has made him a main staple to the Northwest electronic music community.
