I get to do what I am truly passionate about. I brew and distribute world class micro brews. My company, Unique Beers is a distributorship that carries some of the best beers in the world and contract brews a beer I have made at home for years, Orange Blossom Pilsner aka OBP. OBP is a honey beer that uses a lot of Orange Blossom Honey. Over 1/2gallon in a keg (to make a 1/2gallon of honey bees have to fly the distance of 8 trips around the earth) and 2 1/2 teaspoons per bottle(it takes 52,500 orange blossoms to make 2 1/2 tsp of honey). Most would think OBP would be sweet but it is not, the yeast ferment the sugar in the honey and leave behind the delicate flavors and aromas. So drink OBP, the bees need the work. I started UB to bring great beer to this beer wasteland. I love carousing downtown, motorcycling, traveling and having friends over to Toms Pub.
