My names Stacey and i'm a massage and holistic therapist br />I currently work on a mobile basis, visiting clients in their homes but I hold a clinic in a salon in Chorley town centre where I am able to treat clients who would prefer to have a treatment away from their home environment.
Over the years I have been doing this I have built up a client list that includes Celebrity and Television personalities, and also have regular clients who come to see me from London, Wales and all over the North West!

I am fully qualified in Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Reiki, and spiritual healing but I also practice a lot more therapies and have done for many years.

There are 3 areas that I work in with my business, one is the mobile aspect and the clinics where I offer massage and holistic therapies,
the second is in schools across Lancashire as I am also a qualified MISP instructor and a qualified nursery nurse, MISP is the Massage In Schools Programe, this is offering and teaching peer massage to children up to the age of 12yrs, it is done in the classroom by the children on each other over their uniforms.
The benefits to this have been proven to be amazing for the child and the relationships between the children and the teacher promoting relaxation and concentration.
The final area I work in is the work place, I provide mini massages for employees at lunch times at their work stations or staff rooms, again aiding to ease stress and tension and promoting concentration and an energy boost. Please read this information on preparing for your meditation
Make yourself comfortable, make sure the room you are in isn't too bright and ensure that all possible distractions are taken care of. Now, either site with a lit candle in front of you or if you haven't got access to one use my candle images on the video (but make sure you computer screensaver is switched off), concentrate on the voice you will hear and blank out of your mind everything else.
Imagine the candle as an entrance way to the vast spiritual dimensions permeating everything, imagine it as the doorway to the inner universe. You might see this candle flame standing at the threshold between the physical and spiritual universes.
As you fix your gaze upon it, feel that you are looking at the candle with your heart and that you are traveling through it with infinite peace.
Follow the flow of energy with your breath.
Breathe in the infinite peace of the spiritual universe. Feel your heart opening and expanding as that peace flows into your being like a golden light.
On your outward breath feel that your worries and anxieties which give birth to all your mental, emotional and physical tensions, are being gathered up and released.
You might imagine this is as a flow of light.
You are breathing in a golden white light that is illumining your being with peace, and the darkness that is your tension in all it's flavours, you are letting go.
Try this once a day(maybe just before you go to bed) for at least 1 week and see if you notice a calmness within yourself or the ability to deal with life's worries a little easier.
If you want you can meditate in this manner alternatively on love; breathing out and releasing hate or anger or breathing in joy and breathing out depression and melancholy.
