About Me

Justus formed in 2003.Having all been friends and played in bands together on and off for the previous 12 years, there was an immediate chemistry, and the "magic"was unmistakable. After writing original songs, our approach for recording, done in the summer of 2005,was to represent ourselves as honestly as possible.Pretty much what you hear is the first take of every song, with minimal overdubs and effects.Of course we spent time mixing and with post production, but that album represents exactly what we do live.We were going for a sound similar to the first Aerosmith,Led Zeppelin, and Black Sabbath albums.Just four or five guys jamming in a room.I'm confident we acheived that, and we're proud of it.We have written new material and plan to be back in the studio in the winter of 2006-2007.........Hey it's 2007-WOW time flies! We 've got some new songs up.....some not quite finished...WE LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK so let us know what you think good or bad.We have some shows coming up so we'll post em' I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
