About Me

Hey everyone! So you want to know about me huh? Well I am pretty simple and basic. I am a family orientated girl who values my family and true friends. I'm class of 2000 and can't believe how the time has flown by! I married my husband, Ken in July 2004. We have two dogs, Chloe & Lexi and one cat, Psycho. Our daughter is just over a year and I am so lucky to be staying at home with her and loving every minute of being a mom. It is defintely the hardest but most rewarding job ever. All I have to do is look into those big blue eyes of hers and know that I was born for this job of being her mom. I thank god every day that He gave me this beautiful gift. Well, I think that is pretty much all there is to me!

My Interests

Music:

I like all kinds of music, well pretty much. My favorites are country, pop, r&b and oldies.

Movies:

I have a thousand favorite movies. I like romantic-comedies, action, and dramas. I don't know really know what my favorite movie(s) are because I like so many! Some of my favorites include: An all time classic; The King and I, Top Gun, Pretty Woman, Coyote Ugly, The Wedding Planner, Enemy of the State, Clear and Present Danger, Finding Nemo, 3 Musketeers, and there are soooo many more!

Television:

I love television. I know that is bad, but I do and it keeps my interest. The shows I love are: Law & Order, CSI, Without A Trace, The Closer, 24, One Tree Hill, Shark, Men in Trees, Las Vegas, Chuck, ER, and Bionic Woman. Some of my favorite shows that have been cancelled were: O.C., Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven, Veronica Mars and Justice.

Books:

I've never been the type to read, but I sometimes will read a parenting magazine or book and things that deal with my daughter in some way or another. I have been reading a book for a bible study called Debt=Proof Living, which I think should be a requirement in school! lol I also just finished the book by Nicholas Sparks called the Guardian-that was a good one. I could hardly put it down.

Heroes:

My mom. She's the greatest. I love her so much and she is always hard at work for everyone she knows, especially her family! If I get close to becoming what she is I will be extremely happy and grateful! She has been such a huge part of helping me with becoming a mom and she is LOVING being a grandma. Who wouldn't? You get to cuddle and love all over a baby and then give her back when she fusses or you want to sleep! Geez, I can't wait to be a grandma on those terms! lol
