"Real' People. Preferrably. Aliens aint my style.
I generally like people and consider myself a people watcher. I'm pretty open. Titles and status don't impress me... what's inside does. But let me warn you now, if you're looking to play games... you may be playing with the wrong person... I have no respect for people that 'play games'.
I dislike people that come off like they're perfect, and I have problems with people that feel they never have anything to apologize for. Pride is a double-edged sword and to humble yourself before another is a good characteristic to possess. No one is perfect but God himself. The kind of pride and ego that keeps one from apologizing will put walls up in relationships. I'm sure shame and being wrong also play a role in it but come on...who said we have to be right all the time. Elton John said it.."Sorry can be the hardest thing to say.." Apologies help heal relationships and our souls. Try it sometime. http://books.google.com/books?id=JkBu0aeLhogC&pg=PA37&am
