Bob Paterno

Bob Paterno was sitting in his cubicle when a middle manager from down the hall stormed into his office. The manager asked, "I heard you're leaving the company to write music for a living, is this true? Have you thought this through?! Do you know how hard it is to make a living in that business!? Do you know the odds of getting your songs on the radio?!" The manager was clearly frustrated. Bob looked back at the manager and calmly said, "The odds are better than me becoming CEO here."And so after eight years working as an engineer, eight years of corporate management encouraging him to think outside the box, Bob left his 8' x 8' box to pursue his passion, music.
