About Me

I'm primarily interested in freelance writing, photography and photojournalism, in the genre of global social issues. I've spent a lot of time in India; during my last two trips of nearly a year in duration, i gathered research and stories for a book project on the subject of femicide. For more information see and subscribe to my blog:
What has my attention is the withering economy; watching and researching how the powers-that-be are orchestrating it from behind the scenes. This major crisis has been a long time in the making, with no quick fixes available. It feels like it's time to store food, water, seeds, and perhaps find our tribes.
'Hope' has no power to change the corruption of the system. Change requires honesty, simplicity, equality and the commitment to put those ideas into practice on a continual basis. The first place to start is in our own lives, making the commitment to refuse to cower to a system that keeps us a prisoner of it. The only way to do this is to possess an intrepid resolve that leaves no room for fear, a rEvolution of the heart.
Because the House is on Fire! i've been diverting my energy and time from my book project into getting prepared for what's to come. I put up this blog as a way to alert family and friends.
