Faith On Fire

We are a nondenominational, multi-racial, Bible-believing congregation reaching out to our community with the love of God(Agape) as we understand it. We read in 1 John 4:7-8: “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” Faith on Fire Church is a relatively new ministry founded in 2004 and moving to the West Valley in 2005. We feel a call from God to reach out to the West Valley and build a vibrant and compelling church. As a new church we have unique challenges. There are still many rough edges that have to be smoothed out. We often face people who are more comfortable with well established “bigger” churches and we understand that.We are excited about going through stages of growth and building up God's people to serve. Faith on Fire Church is putting in place programs and ministries as God sends us willing and “coach-able” workers and leaders.With consistent outreach, the teaching and practice of Agape and the help of God we are building a successful and impacting ministry! Our most challenging goal is to maintain our "family like" closeness even as we grow in numbers. Love is our motivation...not a large membership! Our mission is simple but profound (as stated in our vision/mission statement).Our intent and purpose is clear and important. We teach about the Love of God (Agape = Unconditional Love)! We make no apologies for and are firm in our belief that God requires two things from us: "Loving the Lord God with All your heart, mind and soul and loving your neighbor as yourself," as stated in Matt 22:37-40. Therefore, we spend a lot of time teaching people how to incorporate a lifestyle of this love into their daily living.Agape is the foundation of Faith on Fire Church!
