About Me

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine; but a broken spirit drieth the bones. Proverbs 17.22
Myspace Zodiac GraphicsDream delivers us to dream, and there is no end to illusion. Life is a train of moods like a string of beads, and as we pass through them they prove to be many-colored lenses which paint the world their own hue, and each shows only what lies in its focus. From the mountain you see the mountain. We animate what we can, and we see only what we animate. Nature and books belong to the eyes that see them. It depends on the mood of the man whether he shall see the sunset or the fine poem. There are always sunsets, and there is always genius; but only a few hours so serene that we can relish nature or criticism. The more or less depends on structures or temperament. Temperament is the iron wire on which the beads are strung. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson****

personality tests by similarminds.comA human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.~Albert Einstein

My Interests

I love anything and everything about medicine, nursing, biology, neuroscience, psychobiology, evolutionary psychology, organic chemistry and genetics. I especially enjoy studying all forms of philosophy and religion without getting too wrapped up in them. I love to explore and learn about the world as much as I possibly can while hopefully helping others in the meantime.

I'd like to meet:

You, the bold venturers and adventurers and whoever has embarked on cunning sails upon dreadful seas, You who are intoxicated by riddles, who take pleasure in twilight, whose soul is lured with flutes to every treacherous abyss -Nietzsche

Television:

KILL YOUR TV!!!!!!! No, really. Kill your TV. Well, I don't mean that you should literally throw your TV out a window of a nine story building, but I definetely recommend doing something similar. There are at least 42,000 things you could be doing other than watching TV, such as: tooling around on myspace, dancing around in your underwear, walking the dog, dying your hair, getting a tattoo in an uncomfortable place like the back of a volkswagon, chasing krell at the beach, getting the cats high on catnip or cuddling up with the one you love. Oh yeah...KILL YOUR TV!!!!!
