He was one half of the brains behind koochi, what was Bristol’s most exclusive house club (RIP Koochi) and has been behind or around most events in the city for the last 13 years. Matt has also been a Dj for over 13 years now and has played at some of the biggest clubs around the world, including working a season in Ibiza back in 98 where he landed residencies for Kaoos (now Eden) and daytimes at the world famous Cafe Mambo. Upon returning to the UK Matt started working with the RSVP chain, running promotions and Djing at their Bristol, Bath, Guilford, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Liverpool outlets, before moving on to Bar Latino and Vodka Revolution in Bristol. All of this was achieved alongside while guesting for the likes of Miss Moneypennys in Birmingham & the infamous Funk Boat, Kidology tour nights, Defected tour nights, Hed Kandi tour nights and Kandybox in Bristol. Matt also played at Venues including Hush, Steering Wheel, Hidden and the legendry ‘Tin Tins’ in Birmingham, and Creation and Lakota in Bristol, being billed to play alongside some of the world’s best DJ's including Eric Prydz, Timo Mass, Benni Banassi, Jazzy M, Will Bailey, D.Ramirez, Nick Bridges(Bodyrocks), Copyright, Pete Doyle, Steve Lawler, Chris Lake, Junior Jack, Kid Creme and The AudioBullys to name a few. Over the years Matt also turned his hand to the night club business and opened two of the most influential clubs to grace the southwest, Liquid & Koochi in Bristol. Both venues revolutionised the club scene in the city and played host to numerous nights and guests from all over the globe. Matt was also Co-promoter of The illicit Peg, Bristols most deranged dirty house night and promoter of illicit and curently promotes and Dj's at both RetroElectro and Liquid nights. Of late, Matt has become resident for the world wide renound Kidology @ there South-West nights and regularly features at kidology in London @ Pacha.He also frequantly play's for the Defected tour nights.
