Born in 2008 after many years of seeing mish mashed line ups from promoters who are only interested in the number of people through the door rather than the love of music.
King Monkey Promotions started out in New Cross at the Amersham Arms and The Basement Bar and after some very successful nights and meeting a lot of talented bands we decided to bring our music north of the water.
We are now promoting a monthly night at The Wilmington Arms in Farringdon, an intimate and trendy venue with a clear sound, we promise to bring the best of unsigned music and not just fill the room.
