About Me

I'm one of those people that can connect with just about anyone and I believe that we all have special gifts to share with one another. I've been married for nearly six years to a wonderful man names Denis. I am proud to live and work in San Francisco, a progressive city that understands the meaning of community and justice. Currently I am the statewide organizer of Parent Voices, a grassroots parent-led, parent-run organization fighting to make quality child care accessible and affordable for all families. I also teach a class at City College of San Francisco entitled, "The Politics of Sexual Violence." My purpose in life is to seek social, political, and economic justice for all of us. "You can only get what your organized to take!"

Travelling, reading, social justice, human rights, dancing, and cooking

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to go to heaven for just one moment and meet my father again. I'd like to meet anyone I have ever crossed paths with to reconnect and to meet new people, especially social justice activists interested in reclaiming our democracy and building a world that is just and equitable.
