You don't even have to be in a band to submit one.
Just record something that says who you are and let's the listeners know they are listening to MonkeyBeat.
Here's a basic script to get you started: "This is ____ from ______ and you're listening to MonkeyBeat! Now go APE!"
However you don't need to stick to that. You can be as creative as you want with your ID.
You can either record it to MP3 and send it via e-mail
or you can record it live on the MonkeyBeat Feedback line at (646) 867-3130
