About Me
Victorville, CA a growing city in the high desert located off of Interstate 15 located between Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV has not been previously known for breaking out the latest hip hop artist until now.Let us introduce you to Louie, 17 and his baby brother Cisco p/k/a Lil' C, 15 collectively known as Nu Shadz.Discovered by Clif Richey (Brown Boy, Lighter Shade of Brown) while he was in town on business there, Clif found out that Louie had a younger Brother named Cisco who could rap as well, Clif christen the group Nu Shadz and delivered to them their first record called "Call Me Over" produced by the hot like fire Fingazz (Thicca Than A Snicker, Lean Like A Cholo, Mira Mami, Summer Nights) and written in part by their uncle. The group wants to provide a balance between giving the streets what they want to hear and spreading information along with good old fashioned hell rising and songs for the girlies. Not hardcore but streetwise, Louie's influences include Bone-Thugs and Harmony, 2 Pac, B.I.G., Chingo Bling, South Park Mexican and the late D.J . Screw and Lil' C's influences include his Uncle, Pimp C, 2 Pac, Master P, Big Hawk, and Lil Wayne. They both got their start rapping when their uncle wrote each of them a rhyme to perform at one of their cousins Quincerra. That was over six years ago, after that they would perform wherever they could which included school, the neighborhood park and house parties.Nu Shadz will be joining a small but elite circle of other talented brothers who have rapped together such as Akwid, Kane & Abel, C-Murder, Silk the Shocker and Master P.They are in the process of recording and even producing a few songs for their debut album called "Way Real", and working on a show about them and their first year of being in the music business and the ups and downs of being new artist that will be pitched to several networks. The boys know that this business can be short lived but they plan to be in it for the long run and are ready to put in the hard work it will take for them to go from newcomers to established artists
