About Me

I really don't have anything in particular against UCSC students, I just wish the campus would relocate to Fresno. Or we could all pitch-in and build a giant wall. I think it would be a great start. It worked wonderfully for China, so i'm just throwing it out there, do whatever you want with it.Have you ever been driving across town and realized that you were moving at an incredibly slow rate. Perhaps you thought to yourself "hey I'm moving at an incredibly slow rate, whats going on?" Then you looked at the cars next to you (took note of the extensive aray of political bumper stickers), and realized that many Slugs prefer cars as their means for transport. These "protest mobiles" certainly aren't making my life any better.Quite frankly, I am tired of listening to students rant about whatever political message their professor happened to have taught them that day. Do they really think I want to see them dance around with some stupid sign? Why should I have to slow down my day to listen to you? They should all form a giant protest club and have events on campus where they take turns whining about "The Man" and the oppression of the indigious cactus beetle. But their club should stay on campus so no one else has to be bothered. They could swap their jargon till they are blue in the face and we won't have to listen. See, everyone wins.I would like this list to be modified, but here are some places that you will likely come face to face with a real slug. (besides their campus)1. The Westside Safeway (they bus 'em in here, don't plan on finding what you need, the students clean this place out)2. Pleasure Pizza W/S (Cheap food on tuesdays is a major draw)3. Four-Mile (otherwise known as UCSC-Reef and Florida Mile, consider this spot a lost cause)4. The Red Room (Slugs love to kick back and waste mom and dad's cash after a long week of bitching about "the man")5. Mission Street (apparently most students do not have lasting convictions about driving oil-consuming vehicles)6. Coming Soon! The East Side. Welcome Slugs7. Please add to this list.
