The Aquifer [has a new blog]

In local music, you know it’s not the money...it’s not about buildings and stages...guitars, amps and lighting are a big deal, but not THE big deal...In the end, it’s about people...PEOPLE matter... Please come out and be our guests and be part of a great venue. If people matter, in the end, you might be suprised that it wasn’t what you GOT from a great night, but what you GAVE because you were a part of the crowd.
The Aquifer Music Venue is located in Clinton, NJ a stones throw off Route 78/Exit 15, and a hop-skip-and-jump from The Clinton Wal-mart. A bunch of people with a passion for music and a passion for Jesus Christ are opening a place for all to come, play, and listen.

We are a half-way point between NEW YORK and PHILADELPHIA
When we have shows, we are hosted by the Southridge Community Church at 7 Pittstown Road, Clinton NJ.
If you take exit 15 off of Route 78 you will almost be in our "front-yard" (Pittstown Road is also called County Route 513) THERE is a HUGE ROCK sign for the church which marks the main driveway. Shows for the Aquifer Music Venue are at the far end of the parking lot.

THE AQUIFER is a drug and alcohol free venue. We own no facilities and as guests we want to assure the highest level of safety to our guests and the facilities we are so graciously allowed to use. You cannot drink alcohol in your car in the parking lot. The Aquifer retains the right to refuse entry to any persons who they suspect to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING ON CHURCH PROPERTY, but has everything to do with past behavior of some of our guests. Feel free to dance, but if you can't control yourself and can't respect other people's personal space, our staff will be more than happy to escort you to the door...under no circumstances will violence be tolerated.
